This isn’t a setback.
It isn’t weakness.

Grief moves in cycles, not straight lines. It softens, then surges, then softens again — each time reminding you of the depth of your connection.

So if you find yourself undone by something small, remember:
it’s not small at all.

It’s your heart honoring what mattered.
