No, you do NOT lose excessive muscle or lean body mass if you do this right. This is one of many clients I have been able to help, when no amount of exercise or starvation did... Week 4 is in the books at my new Brighton location, and my heart is incredibly grateful✨

When I designed this new chapter for my practice, my goal was to focus on the client experience at every single point. Seeing those systems come to life over the past month has been so incredibly rewarding!
