time! My own journey back to health began out of necessity. I was so toxic from years of medicines and poor eating that my body finally revolted and got my attenetion by developing strong and nearly deadly allergic reactions to the most mundane and unexpected things. I had worked for years in the "traditional" medical world with pride. I wrongfully thought I played an important role in being part of a team to help people back to health. What was really happening? Every day, people came in, waited long waits, saw a Dr. who spent less than 10 minutes with them but ordered some type of test (blood, stress, urine etc) wrote a prescription or 3 or 5 and sent them out the door while the next one was being herded in. Day after day, week after week. And you know what? It was the same people week after week. If medicine was truly healing, shouldn't they be healed? One day I'd had enough. I was a single mom of 4 kids. I had no idea what I was going to do or how I would support my kids. I just knew that system of sick care wasn't working. So, a new life began for me in natural medicine. You don't have a prescription medicine deficiency. You have an immune system to protect you if you'll give it the chance. Know your foods. Every body is challenged with some level of heavy metal toxicity. It's not a matter of "if", it's a matter of which ones, and how much. 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣5️⃣
Heavy metals (aluminum, arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury, copper) are a problem and contribute to poor health conditions. 💯
When heavy metals are present, the much needed minerals your body depends on are unavailable for use. The heavy metals block minerals. 🚫
Do you have health concerns that just aren't clearing up? Look to being tested. ✂️
There are 3 ways to be checked for heavy metal/mineral status.
🩸1. Blood. This is the WORST way to be tested unless you've had a known, very recent exposure. Blood is a transport system. It gets stuff from point A to point B. Heavy metals should not be travelling around the blood. The blood results are often negative even though someone has clear signs of heavy metal/mineral imbalances.
🟡2. Urine. The 2nd worst way, especially if you still have mercury (silver fillings) in your mouth. With a urine challenge test you take a substance to "liberate" the metals out of the tissues and it's excreted through the urine, then measured. This can cause a person to feel very ill and it redistributes metals that are not excreted.
✂️3. The BEST way to check for heavy metal/mineral imbalances is with a non-invasive hair test. With a few snips of hair we can look all the way at the cellular level for mineral/metal imbalances.
This procedure is safe and provides information about your liver health, hormones, (adrenals and thyroid), your metabolism, digestion, mental health, pre-dispositions to other health conditions, and so much more! The report includes what foods to use and which to avoid. It also has your unique supplement protocol to get your minerals balanced and move the heavy metals out as quickly and efficiently as possible. (It does take some time!) ✔

Our bodies become overwhelmed with toxins from plastics, chemicals sprayed on crops or added to foods, sugar free sweeteners, heavy metals, "bioengineered ingredients, etc. ☠️
We all reach a tipping point at some time and our ability to eliminate these toxins becomes diminished. The "messaging" system becomes disrupted. 🆘

Turns out, it's a disinfectant. ☠️
Disinfectants directly affect your digestive system....not in a good way. 🥵
Just like the chemical destroys the cells wall of the "microbes", your digestive cells are also at risk of damage. 👿
On a side note: chlorine affects your thyroid AND creates dysbiosis by killing your good bacteria. ❌
Yes, even if you wash your produce before consuming. 🫨
One of the MANY ways our digestive power is weakened. ⬇
To be fair, not all grocery stores use this poison.

Ticks were weaponized during world war 2 and unleashed in the early 70's. Now we have new and improved ticks! 🦾
Finding them early and removing them asap is important. 💯

If you find you have a tick embedded, follow these instructions for removal.
Do NOT smear vaseline, vicks, rubbing alcohol or other substances on the embedded tick. This will cause it to regurgitate its stomach contents. ❌
Have the homeopathic remedy called Ledum on hand and take that as soon as you discover the tick.✅
Testing for Lyme through your medical doctor is mainly useless. Use a quality lab and a lyme literate practitioner.
In my VERY humble opinion, I believe everyone has Lyme now (just like we all have EBV, CMV etc.).
Watch for common symptoms associated with Lyme disease within 6 weeks following a tick bite. Symptoms include fever, rash, especially a bulls-eye looking rash near the site of the bite (not always present), muscle and/or joint pain, weakness, fatigue, headache and other flu-like symptoms. You may experience one or all of these symptoms.

Most of the people I see in my office don't do well with intermittent fasting.
"I don't eat why am I so fat?" 😪 Do you know why?
Because they are in a constant state of adrenal stress. Fight or Flight. 🫨
