The Capernaum Health Clinic, formerly known as the South Lyon Churches Health Initiative (SLCHI), is a coalition of local churches in South Lyon working together to provide free health and dental care to the community. Participating churches and organizations include Active Faith, Crossroads, Fellowship Evangelical Presbyterian, First Baptist, First Presbyterian, First United Methodist, Oakpointe,

Our next dental clinic will take place Monday, August 17-Wednesday, August 19. If you are interested in more information or if you would like to make an appointment, please call (947) 267-5805. As a reminder, our services are free of charge to anyone who is in need of a dental cleaning.

We are excited to announce another Dine to Donate with Aubree’s of South Lyon this Sunday, September 22. If you show the following flyer, 20% of your bill be donated to Capernaum.

Also, from 1:00-3:00 pm during the Dine to Donate, Capernaum will be hosting an opportunity to play Trivia. Please see the flyer for more information including a link to sign-up.
