[Neck and Arm Pain]

Gilla Burke dealt with neck and arm pain for about five months before addressing the problem. This made her work, and play very difficult. Gilla understands the philosophy of chiropractic care. She understands the neck and arm pain she experienced was her body letting her know there was a bigger problem. Tina B., a patient at our office who’s daughter attends the school Gilla runs, referred her to our office to help with her condition. In only four weeks, Gilla felt relief from the neck pain. She is staying very consistent with her adjustments, in order to continue with her positive results. Gilla explains chiropractic has helped improve her exercise, improved her yoga routine, and she now “sleeps wonderfully”. Gilla has been a patient of chiropractic care her whole life and says,” Dr. Davis’ method is simple and straight to the point. It is very efficient on service. [Radiating Arm Pain to Hands]

I found out about chiropractic through my massage therapist (a patient of Dr. Furshman’s). He said that my condition needed help of a chiropractor. My problem was sharp pain that radiated from my neck all the way down to my hand. The pains were so severe that even sleeping was uncomfortable. I had trouble falling asleep because the pain was so bad. Losing my sleep at night would affect me the next day. I would be cranky and tired all day long, not to mention the horrible pain on my arm. I was a mess! When I began receiving my adjustments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s, I noticed the improvements almost immediately. I believe it was only two weeks of regular adjustments that my body started reacting. The pain had lessoned by the second week and now ( 2 more weeks after) the pain is gone. I can’t believe it! This is wonderful! I was able to sleep at night and have a wonderful pain free Christmas, This is definitely a great way to start off a new year. I am thankful for my therapist, Frank for referring me to Dr. Furshman.

[Spinal Arthritis]

I found out about Chiropractic Care originally by my mother. I had suffered from slight degeneration on my lower spine. I knew that I had to see a chiropractor so I began to see Dr. Furshman. These problems interfered with my daily routines by reducing my energy along with some back aches. On top of that, I did not feel 100% well like I would have liked to. I began to notice changes exactly 4 months after I began care. Since I began care, I feel more energy, more mental awareness, improved posture, less back pain & I remember I used to think I had one leg shorter than the other because of my previous posture…guess not. I feel better overall!

[Arthritis]

Annie B. suffered a condition that many feel there is no helping. She, like most, thought her only help was Tylenol, or some other form of painkiller. Thankfully, Annie approached the Furshman and Davis Family Chiropractic Centers’ booth at her church health fair. There, she learned her arthritis was the result of pinched nerves, caused by misalignments of her spine. Annie started chiropractic care and within the first two months, Annie felt some relief. She was able to quit taking the Tylenol. Annie says she has a lot more energy and a lot less tension in her neck. Annie is staying very consistent with her adjustments, and is staying very active. She walks every day , has started aerobics, and on a recent trip to Aruba, participated in a water aerobics class. Way to go, Annie ☺

[Arthritis in Hands]

Our lovely Betty had been suffering from arthritis in the hands for many years. She was on three different types of arthritis medications. Her friend, Sandy recommended that she received chiropractic care. Betty began care in our office and started receiving adjustments on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. It has been three months now and Betty has shown much improvement. Betty says she is also much happier individual and her energy level has increased. Keep up the outstanding work, Betty.

[Arthritis]

I am a person who has suffered from arthritis in the lower back for many years. I always had difficulty getting out of bed in the morning. I am a retired man and want to make the best of my retired life because I always worked real hard in the past and need this time to enjoy and relax. Well it is quite difficult to relax when you are having pains in the low back area. The arthritis seemed to me like it was something that would haunt you for the rest of your life. I thought that this was my life and this is what I have to cope with. Well apparently not…thanks to Chiropractic. A new miracle has come about in my life. I have been receiving adjustments now for 1 ½ months and I can say that I am a new man. I am living the retired life that I always dreamed of. I am able to get up every morning and start a wonderful day. I am especially up bright and early on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s to go to Hobies and get my adjustment. In 1 ½ months I cannot say that the pain is completely gone, but this takes time. If I have already experienced what I have in the past 1 ½ months, I can’t wait to see what will happen in more time.

[Rheaumatoid Arthritis and Myasthenia Gravis]

Claudia Rocha originally came to our office suffering from debilitating pain and constant fatigue due to “immune system dysfunction”. Her medical doctor told her she would not be able to find relief without medication. Dr. Martinoff referred Claudia to our office in order to reach optimal health and avoid more medications. After only 4 weeks of consistent adjustments, Claudia noticed a change. She regained her strength and her pain decreased significantly. Claudia was also able to decrease the dosage of two medications and completely stop taking two other medications! She was able to return to exercising 5 days a week, including spinning and boot camp! Claudia can now do all the activities she was able to do before the medical doctors told her there was no hope for improvement. [Arthritis in the Neck]

After about 9 months of adjustments 2-3 times a week, I am happy to admit that I have never felt physically better during my 50 years on this planet. Dr. Furshman said,”Give it time, so your stretches & you will start to heal yourself as it’s supposed to be..” The time has arrived. All is well-I feel stronger and my neck is flexible. I am truly pleased with the progress and look forward to many years of infrequent maintenance.

[Arthritis Pain]

Joyce Manganiello originally came to our office suffering with severe arthritis pain. Joyce’s friend, Scarlet, referred her, to reach optimal health. After only one week of Chiropractic Care, Joyce noticed a change. The pain decreased, as well as the medications. She stopped taking her prescription medications(Celebrex, Vioxx, Bextra), and all of the over the counter pain meds, and says”I feel great with no poisons in my body”. [Sciatic Pains & Asthma]

Romina is a wonderful massage therapist. She enjoys massaging her patients and relaxing them; taking them to a peaceful place while they lie down and let her magical hands do the work. But it’s hard to help her clients relax and enjoy when she cannot do the same.
Romina suffered from a sciatic pain that ran down her leg and would not make work or living life very comfortable. Not to mention her chronic asthma problem. When her great friend, Guzman told her the wonderful miracles that Chiropractic has brought into his life, she started care right away. Romina has been receiving adjustments every 48 hours for about 1 month now and she is ecstatic. Her sciatic pains are no longer existent…Good Bye muscle relaxers. Her need to reach into her purse for her asthma inhalant is becoming less and less of a necessity. Romina is now a happy and healthier individual who can now live a better life and work with her clients as God intended for her to.
