Sometimes the answer to your prayers doesn't come the way you expected.

Years ago, I wanted to help in Haiti during the earthquake response. I wasn't chosen, and at the time, I thought I had missed my chance.

Now I realize I wasn't being told "no."

I was being redirected.

That experience shaped so much of why I chose this career. Health and wellness has always been about more than medicine for me. It's about giving people the knowledge and tools to care for themselves and their communities.

My recent trip to Haiti reminded me exactly why this work matters. And it's only the beginning.

We're working on something really special, and if you'd like to support the mission, we're also hosting a fundraiser. Even if all you do is share the journey or cheer us on, it truly means the world.

Sometimes the dream isn't taken away.

It's just waiting for the right season. 💙
