Unparalleled care, delivered through one-on-one individualized treatment sessions. Jason and Nicole Cozby co-founded NeuroSport Physical Therapy with a drive to provide quality care for individuals with either neurologic and/or orthopedic conditions. We received our doctoral degrees from the country's top-rated physical therapy program at USC, where Jason went on to complete post graduate Orthoped

ic Clinical Specialist studies and teach as an adjunct faculty member. Nicole treated patients at the nationally-recognized Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, dealing with a broad range of neurological and brain injury patients. As a small, family-owned practice, our focus is on quality. Whitney and enjoy being active with our two young children. We understand the importance of being able to do whatever it is that you love! Our goal is to help you to do that again.

Happy Friday from NeuroSport! 💙

Last week, we celebrated a bittersweet farewell to two members of our team, Lacey and Grant!

Lacey has been managing our front office for over two years and has been a key part of what makes our clinic work so well. We absolutely adore her and are so grateful for everything she has brought to our team. We wish her nothing but the best in this next chapter!

Grant has officially completed his orthopedic residency at USC, and we couldn’t be more proud of all he has accomplished. He is truly exceptional, and we know he will go on to do great things in our profession!

Transitions like these are hard! We will miss them both, but also so excited to see what’s ahead for each of them—and excited to welcome some new faces to the NeuroSport team! 🫶

We were excited to once again host the USC Orthopedic PT Residents for a hands-on Foot & Ankle course led by Jason Cozby and Connor Pendleton. The residents (and our NeuroSport team!!) brought the same enthusiasm, thoughtful questions, and commitment to clinical excellence that make these courses so rewarding.

This past weekend, we had the honor of hosting the USC Orthopedic PT Residents at NeuroSport Physical Therapy.

Jason Cozby and Connor Pendleton led a course on movement analysis, and the residents brought incredible energy, curiosity, and engagement throughout the day. It was such a fun and collaborative learning experience.
