Today we’re celebrating an incredible rehabilitation journey and a well-earned return home! 💙

Following a knee replacement, Bhadraben faced significant pain and a fear of falling that affected confidence and mobility. With the dedication of our skilled Physical and Occupational Therapy teams—and plenty of determination—Bhadraben worked hard to improve strength, balance, and independence with daily activities.

Through perseverance and expert care, Bhadraben progressed to Modified Independent status and successfully returned home with renewed confidence and greater independence.

Congratulations, Bhadraben, on this amazing achievement! We are so proud to have been part of your recovery journey and wish you continued health and success. 🏡💙
