April is National Occupational Therapy Month, a time to recognize the important role occupational therapy plays in helping individuals regain independence and confidence.

After an illness, injury, or surgery, returning to everyday routines can feel overwhelming. Occupational therapy provides the support and guidance needed to rebuild those essential daily skills.

At Monument Health Group, occupational therapy focuses on strengthening the abilities that support daily routines, from dressing and bathing to preparing meals and safely moving around. Our licensed professionals work one-on-one with residents to improve fine motor skills, coordination, endurance, and range of motion. 🤸
