Not Sure Which Hormones You Need?

Every woman is different.

Your age alone doesn't tell us whether you need estrogen, progesterone, DHEA—or whether hormones are even the reason you're experiencing certain symptoms.

That's why we believe in testing instead of guessing.

Could Hormone Balance Be Part of Your Midlife Wellness Plan?

For women approaching menopause or in the first several years after menopause, HEAVEN™ is one of our bioidentical hormone cream options designed to support hormone balance during this stage of life.

HEAVEN
Bioidentical Estriol + Estradiol + Progesterone

HEAVEN combines two forms of bioidentical estrogen—Estriol and Estradiol—with bioidentical Progesterone in an all-natural topical cream.

It is designed for women approximately three years before menopause through up to ten years after menopause, depending on individual needs.

HEAVEN is not a weight-loss product.

Instead, it is designed to address something much more fundamental:
Hormone Balance.

Because when your body is changing, the answer isn't always to eat less, exercise harder or blame yourself.

Sometimes the first step is understanding what has changed inside your body.

5 Ways to Support Your Midlife Metabolism

1. Protect your muscle.
Strength training becomes increasingly important in midlife. Muscle supports strength, mobility and metabolic health.

2. Prioritize protein and whole foods.
Build meals around quality protein, vegetables, fiber and healthy fats instead of simply focusing on eating less.

3. Pay attention to sleep.
Poor sleep can affect hunger, activity levels and the food choices we make the following day.

4. Move every day.
Walking counts! Combine regular movement with resistance or strength training whenever possible.

5. Don't overlook your hormones.
If weight changes are happening alongside hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood changes, brain fog or other symptoms of menopause, it may be time to look at the bigger hormonal picture.

Hormones Matter—but Hormones Aren't the Whole Story

This is important.

Hormone therapy is not a weight-loss treatment.

Balancing hormones isn't a magic solution that melts away belly fat.
But hormone balance may be an important piece of the larger midlife wellness puzzle—particularly when hormonal changes are also contributing to symptoms such as:
Poor sleep or night sweats
Low energy
Mood changes
Hot flashes
Reduced motivation
Changes in body composition
When you sleep better, feel better and have more energy, it may also become easier to maintain the healthy habits that protect muscle and support a healthy weight.

Why Does Belly Fat Become More Common in Midlife?

One of the biggest hormonal changes during menopause is the decline in estrogen.

Estrogen does much more than regulate your menstrual cycle. It interacts with tissues throughout the body, and changing estrogen levels appear to influence body composition and fat distribution.

That means a woman may notice more fat accumulating around her abdomen—even without a dramatic change on the scale.

But estrogen isn't the only factor.

As we age, we also tend to lose muscle. Less muscle means the body generally requires fewer calories. Add disrupted sleep, increased stress, lower activity levels and the hormonal transition of menopause, and suddenly the habits that worked beautifully at 35 may not work quite the same way at 45, 50 or 55.

Why Your Body Changes After 40

Have you ever looked in the mirror and thought…

“Where did THAT belly come from?”

You haven't dramatically changed the way you eat.
You may even be exercising more than you used to.
Yet suddenly, your favorite jeans fit differently—and weight seems to settle right around your middle.

You're not imagining it.
As women move through perimenopause and menopause, the body begins changing in ways that can affect muscle, metabolism, sleep, energy—and where fat is stored.

And hormones are part of that story.

Are You Not Feeling Like Yourself Anymore?

Do you find yourself waking up tired even after a full night's sleep?

Are you struggling with brain fog, forgetfulness, lack of motivation, weight gain, hair thinning, mood changes, anxiety, vaginal dryness, low libido, or urinary leakage?

Have you been told these changes are simply "part of getting older?"

The truth is, many women begin experiencing hormone changes years before menopause and continue to feel the effects long afterward. As estrogen, progesterone, and DHEA decline, women often notice changes in energy, mental clarity, sleep quality, strength, confidence, and overall quality of life.

The good news is that you don't have to simply accept these changes.
