South Shore Nursing & Rehabilitation offers compassionate 24-hour Skilled Nursing care in our 60-bed facility.

Our Care Team is specially-trained to work with seniors. Located in a historic building not far from the Ohio River, South Shore Nursing & Rehabilitation offers compassionate 24-hour Skilled Nursing care in our 60-bed facility. We listen, we understand, and develop personal therapy and care programs designed to maximize your abilities and life. This includes assisting with daily living activities

and skills, such as balance training, medication management, IV therapy, and diabetes management. Should you need support services, know that we can arrange everything from mental health consultations to x-rays, lab work to podiatry services, as well as private home and hospice care.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate two of our amazing nurses, Shanda Collier, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Taylor Dempsey! 🎓💙

Shanda and Taylor have both recently graduated from college and are now Registered Nurses. Their hard work, perseverance, and commitment to providing exceptional care have led them to this incredible achievement, and we couldn't be happier for them.

We started CNA Week off right with Pajamas and Muffins! 💙🧁

Our Care Team enjoyed a cozy and fun kickoff celebration, complete with comfortable pajamas and delicious muffins to show appreciation for all they do. It was a lighthearted and meaningful way to begin a week dedicated to honoring our incredible CNAs. We are so grateful for our amazing nursing assistants and loved celebrating them throughout the week!
