is a 501c(3) non-profit who provides mental health and substance abuse services to all ages. We have three offices located in Ainsworth, O'Neill, and South Sioux City, Nebraska. No problem! We offer sliding scale for anyone who does not have insurance. Heartland Counseling is an equal opportunity provider.

Some of our Heartland school-based team is back in the schools and ready for another great year! ❤️

From colorful classrooms and fresh school supplies to seeing familiar faces again, there’s just something exciting about the start of a new school year.

But we also know back-to-school can bring big feelings—excitement, nerves, stress, new friendships, new routines and everything in between. That’s why we’re so grateful to have our Heartland therapists right there in the schools, making mental health support easier for students and families to access.

Here’s to our amazing school-based team, our school partners, teachers, staff, students and families. We hope you have a happy, healthy and FUN school year! 🎉📓🖍️
