As a gift from 𝗩𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗞𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗮𝗿𝘆𝗮𝗺, 𝗠𝗗, 𝗠𝗦, 𝗠𝗕𝗔, 𝗙𝗔𝗔𝗣, 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗣, 𝗗𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗠 ‘s sister-in-law and family, and ritual hosted by his daughter, Vernona was officially accepted to the 4 Elements Community. She is outside to greet you all when you come next. Please say hello to her… 😂🤣🤦🏾‍♂️

Introducing the “4 Elements Humanistic Rebels” dragon boat team… some of our team members couldn’t make the practice.

But….

Those who came, we had a blast! It was chaotic, fun, tiring, competitive, and we even got a beautiful glimpse of the Hartford skyline at sunset!

10 years ago we did a dragon boat race with my team at Iora Health in Hartford and it was a blast!

I always remembered how fun it was so we put together a small team this year with members of the 4 Elements Community and MAXers from MAX Fitness & Wellness Center of South Windsor!

We are excited to come together to do something fun, competitive, and healthy…

Big News! After almost 6 years, our 4 Elements Rocky Hill satellite office will be moving to Farmington next week! We are excited to continue to work with the Farmington area community and to partner with local wellness organizations! More information coming soon!

This sign took my breath away. Not only was it a beautiful creation by (a local father-son small business) but it represented a pillar - literally in the ground. One that says “we are here, and we are here to stay.” As my patient told me, when you rent an office compared to owning a building, it sends two different messages. When you put that stake in the ground, you send that message - come what may, I am committing to being here, and will fight through the odds. We will fight for our mission - we will fight for you.
