Yannatos Physical Therapy is a family owned and operated outpatient physical therapy center. As locals, we strive to serve the Cape Cod community and aim to provide an energetic and positive environment for patients to recover and regain independence. Treatment programs will begin with a comprehensive evaluation which allows each patient to receive an individualized and evidence-based plan of care

Our highly skilled and educated Physical Therapists will develop goal-specific treatment programs based on the latest evidence to maximize the strength, endurance, and mobility required for patients to return to their prior level of function and improve their quality of life as quickly and safely as possible. Our company is committed to providing excellent physical therapy care and superior customer service in our daily operations while positively affecting the lives of our patients and their families. Last night was one we’ll never forget.

After months of planning, moving, unpacking, troubleshooting, and preparing, we finally had the opportunity to open our doors and share our new home with the community.

Seeing so many patients, families, friends, and neighbors stop by made all of the hard work worth it.

Thank you to everyone who attended, supported us, and helped make this transition possible. We are incredibly grateful for the trust you place in our team and are excited for all that lies ahead.
