Have you ever felt like you're doing everything you can to change your life, but somehow you keep ending up in the same place?

One of the things I teach in RESET is something I call changing the channel.

Think about a radio. There can be dozens of stations broadcasting at the same time, but you only hear the one you're tuned into.

I believe we can do something very similar in our lives.

Without realizing it, we can become tuned into old beliefs, emotional patterns, expectations and ways of responding to the world. After a while, that reality becomes so familiar that we begin to believe it's the only one available to us.

But what if it isn't?

Changing the channel isn't about pretending everything is wonderful or ignoring what you're going through.

It's about becoming aware of what you're continually giving your energy and attention to—and realizing that you have more choice than you may think.

This understanding became an important part of my own healing, and today it's at the heart of what I teach in RESET.
