☕ Limit caffeine and alcohol. They can contribute to dehydration.

🤫 Give your voice a break! Take short periods of vocal rest throughout the day.

🚫 Avoid clearing your throat. Try sipping water or swallowing instead.

🌬️ Use good breath support. Speak with relaxed breathing rather than forcing your voice.

💜 Remember: Persistent hoarseness, vocal fatigue, or changes in your voice shouldn’t be ignored!
