💛 Meet MC!

Mary Caroline, better known as MC around here, is one of the newest members of our speech therapy team, and we’re so excited for our PedsTeam families to get to know her!

MC is a Memphis native who earned her bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech Pathology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and her master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Memphis.

She believes every child deserves a way to communicate and loves creating therapy that feels supportive, playful, and personalized to each child. Whether she’s building an activity around a favorite toy, finding a new way to help a child express themselves, or partnering with families on strategies they can use at home, MC’s goal is to help kids feel confident and successful as they grow their communication skills. 💬✨

When she’s not at PedsTeam, MC enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Tennessee Vols, trying new coffee shops and restaurants around Memphis ☕️, and serving in her church community.

We’re so happy to have MC along for the adventure! 💛

🎉 We’re excited to officially introduce Emma to our PedsTeam family!

Emma McLearen has been part of our team for several months now and is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who loves helping children build confidence and independence through fun, play-based therapy. She enjoys supporting fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills while creating a positive, encouraging environment for kids and families. 💛

We’re so thankful to have Emma on our team and can’t wait to see her continued impact on the families we serve! 🧩
