Most people are still asleep when we’ve already put in the work.

Three athletes.

No excuses.

The alarm went off, we showed up, and we earned every rep this morning. Strength isn’t built when it’s convenient—it’s built in moments like these when we choose discipline over comfort.

Proud of what we accomplished before the sun came up. 💪

Tomorrow we’re building the foundation from the ground up.

Squats. Hinges. Hip Thrusts. Abduction work.

Every movement has a purpose. We’re training the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and core to build strength, improve stability, and create power that carries over to everything you do—whether that’s sports, chasing kids, or simply moving through life with confidence.

Don’t be fooled by the lower body focus. This workout is going to challenge your entire body and have your legs talking long after we’re done.

At it again before most of the world even poured their first cup of coffee.

This morning wasn’t about standing around between sets. It was about moving, working, and getting after it. Six stations. Twelve exercises. One goal: keep showing up and putting in the work. The crew brought the energy, attacked every station, and proved once again that consistency beats motivation every time. 🔥💪

The best part? Watching everyone push through the tough stations, encourage each other, and finish stronger than they started.

🔥 RISE & GRIND CREW 🔥

The 4:30 AM crew showed up and put in the work this morning!

It wasn’t an easy workout. There were plenty of moments when muscles were burning, heart rates were climbing, and quitting would have been the easier option. But that’s not what this crew does.

They dug deep, pushed through the tough sets, encouraged each other, and finished stronger than they started. That’s what happens when you commit to the process and surround yourself with people who refuse to let you quit.

While most of the world was still asleep, this crew was building strength, confidence, resilience, and momentum for the day ahead.

Nobody said it would be easy.
They just decided it would be worth it.

Proud of every single person who rolled out of bed before sunrise and got after it today. 💪

🔥 UPPER BODY STRENGTH + SHOULDER STABILITY 🔥

Strong shoulders aren’t just about lifting heavier weights… they’re about moving better, staying pain-free, and building a body that can handle whatever life throws at it.

Tomorrow we’re attacking upper body strength while giving some extra attention to shoulder stability, posture, and core strength. Expect plenty of pushing, pulling, carrying, and core work designed to help you get stronger while keeping your shoulders healthy and resilient.

We’ll be building strength in the chest, back, shoulders, and arms while working on the small stabilizing muscles that often get overlooked but make a huge difference in performance and injury prevention.

🔥 Kylie crushed this workout at O'Dark Thirty this morning... and somehow we committed the ultimate gym crime.

We forgot the obligatory workout selfie. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

So you'll just have to take my word for it—this Lower Body + Balance workout delivered.

Balance work is deceptively challenging. It doesn't always leave you drenched in sweat or gasping for air, but it quickly exposes weaknesses in stability, coordination, core strength, and body control. That's exactly why it's such an important part of training.

Today was all about building stronger legs, better balance, improved movement, and injury resilience. Kylie attacked every challenge and absolutely crushed it.

No photo evidence exists, but the stronger legs and wobbly balance muscles say it all. 😂💪

We'll remember the workout picture next time... maybe.
