Tomorrow we’re attacking upper body strength while giving some extra attention to shoulder stability, posture, and core strength. Expect plenty of pushing, pulling, carrying, and core work designed to help you get stronger while keeping your shoulders healthy and resilient.
We’ll be building strength in the chest, back, shoulders, and arms while working on the small stabilizing muscles that often get overlooked but make a huge difference in performance and injury prevention.
