Tradewinds Clubhouse Tradewinds is a vocational mental health rehabilitation program that focuses on recovery through work.

We are here to help you achieve or regain self confidence and gain skills necessary to obtain employment and overall quality of life!

🌡️ **TOWN OF SOUTHBRIDGE COOLING CENTERS – JULY 1–3** 🌡️

With high temperatures expected this week, the Town of Southbridge has designated the following cooling centers for residents seeking relief from the heat.

*Please Note:* Visitors using the YMCA as a cooling center will be asked to present a valid ID and complete a brief check-in upon arrival.

☀️ **Heat Safety Reminders**
💧 Drink plenty of water.
🧊 Stay in air-conditioned spaces whenever possible.
🚫 Avoid strenuous outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day.
❤️ Check on elderly neighbors, family members, and those who may need assistance.
🚗 Never leave children or pets unattended in a parked vehicle.

Please share this information to help ensure everyone in our community stays safe during this period of extreme heat.
