Since joining Pomperaug Woods in May 2025, Mohammad has become a dependable and trusted part of our community. As one of our dedicated drivers, he helps make sure residents feel safe, comfortable, and at ease whenever they are traveling to appointments, outings, or around town.

Residents often comment on Mohammad’s kindness, patience, and calm presence, and his willingness to jump in and help wherever needed says so much about the kind of teammate he is. From keeping vehicles safe and ready to go to supporting residents with care and positivity, Mohammad plays an important role in daily life at Pomperaug Woods.

Yesterday's Lunch & Learn event was a wonderful success! Guests enjoyed a delicious luncheon buffet featuring fresh salads, grilled swordfish Provençal, veal piccata, roasted Yukon Gold potatoes, sautéed French green beans, and plated desserts, all prepared and presented with care by our culinary team. 🍽️💙

A special thank you to Andrew Smith, Seabury’s Executive Director of Culinary Operations, for joining us and helping make sure the entire dining experience was seamless from start to finish. It was a beautiful afternoon filled with great food, warm conversation, and a true taste of life at Seabury at Pomperaug Woods.
