Women with hormone, gut, and mold-related symptoms — meet your new favorite gentle detox support.

Now you can make your meals work for your liver and digestion instead of against it.

A few easy ways to support healthy bile flow:

🌱Add bitter greens like arugula or dandelion to meals
🥚Prioritize choline-rich foods like egg yolks and salmon
🍵Use herbs like ginger, turmeric, milk thistle, and artichoke regularly

Bile is essential for carrying excess hormones, toxins, mold byproducts, and cholesterol out of the body. But it also has to be moving properly and have the right viscosity to do its job effectively.

When bile gets sluggish or thick, detox slows down — which can contribute to bloating, constipation, estrogen dominance symptoms, headaches, skin issues, and poor fat digestion. Not to mention contribute to issues like small intestinal bacterial overgrowth!

Healthy detox is less about harsh cleanses and more about supporting the systems your body already uses every single day.

There’s nothing more frustrating than eating “healthy” and still feeling bloated

If you want your gut to stop reacting to everything you eat, this is the approach I’d recommend to every woman trying to heal her digestion

And here’s why:

Most people jump straight to high fiber → this overwhelms the gut

A sensitive gut needs time to adapt

Slowly increasing fiber helps reduce bloating + improve digestion

Simple fiber foods to start adding in:
* Chia seeds
* Oats
* Kiwi
* Berries
* Sweet potato
* Lentils
* Avocado

This is how you get to more regular digestion, less bloating, and better energy

It’s simple, sustainable, and works with your body

Be sure to save this the next time you’re trying to “eat healthier” but your gut isn’t on board
