This offering is such a beautiful opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and give yourself an hour to simply rest and receive. Nature, calming sounds, stillness, and community — one of my favorite ways to reset.

After a busy competition weekend for the girls, we slowed things down and came back to what matters 🤍

We talked about taking care of ourselves through rest, wrote down what gives us energy (and what drains it), and used our “let it go” jar to release what we don’t need.

The girls even practiced giving each other sound baths (so special!) and we closed with a long, peaceful savasana.
Finished with a little reminder to soak it all in—Epsom salts + lavender for the perfect reset.

Exactly what we all needed ✨💜🛁🎵
