For 25 years, Aging Outreach Services has made a meaningful impact in Moore County by supporting older adults and creating purpose-driven job opportunities in our local care economy. 💛
Founded in 1999 by gerontologist Amy Natt, AOS has grown into a trusted organization that connects hundreds of caregivers with clients across the region. These roles offer flexible work, steady demand, and the chance to build long-term relationships, making caregiving one of the most consistent employment pathways in aging services. 👩⚕️👨⚕️
At the heart of AOS is a commitment to helping older adults age with dignity and choice. From care coordination and advocacy to 24/7 professional support through AOS Cares, the team is there for families whenever they need it. 🤝
AOS also invests in our community through support groups, educational programming, a podcast, and resources like OutreachNC. In 2024, they celebrated their 25th anniversary with recognition from the Moore County Chamber of Commerce. 🎉
