Dementia affects a person’s ability to communicate, making it hard to convey their wants and needs to the people around them. Join us next Thursday as we partner with the Hospital for Special Care Center for Cognitive Health to explore how to use a person-centered approach to communicate more effectively with a person living with dementia at any stage of the disease.
