So happy for this beautiful patient! 🤩 Facial rejuvenation is not a one size fits all procedure. As we age, we lose volume in the face, which contributes to hollowing of the temples, a sunken appearance of the eyes, deflated midface and cheek bones, deepening of the nasolabial fold, and down turning of the corners of the mouth. Along with the volume loss, the skin loses elasticity. This results in elongation of the face and upper lip, heaviness of the upper eyelids, fullness of the jawline (jowls), and loose skin of the neck.

When is the right time to have a facial rejuvenation procedure? The answer is solely dependent on the patient. If you look in the mirror, and are bothered by some or all of the aging related changes you’re seeing, then it is totally reasonable to consider addressing them.

This patient was interested in a full facial rejuvenation and underwent upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, facelift with facial fat grafting, neck lift, and upper lip lift. So happy for her!

This patient underwent a primary (first time) rhinoplasty. She is 1 month postop and loving the results. She also had quite a large bony spur off of her septum that we removed and straightened, which significantly improved her breathing. The patient told me that many of her co-workers and even her husband tell her she looks great but they don’t notice a big difference! That 👏 is 👏 AMAZING 👏 🤩

Rhinoplasty is never about changing who you are or making you look like a different person. The goal of a rhinoplasty is to address specific areas of concern and provide a harmonious result that matches the patients face. Sooo happy for her.

What a gratifying result for a great patient! This mother of two had a breast lift with another surgeon several years ago. She subsequently went on to lose about 70lbs and is in phenomenal shape. However, with the weight loss, she lost significant volume in her breasts. She works out 4 to 5 times a week and was interested in restoring volume without compromising her ability to exercise and weight train.

For this patient, I performed a subfascial breast augmentation with 475cc Motiva Ergonomix implants, moderate (Demi) profile. She looks amazing! So happy for her.

Tummy Tuck and 360 Liposuction - great from every angle. 📐 💯 👙 After having a pregnancy, then a 70lb weight loss, this patient was bothered by her C-section scar, skin laxity, and fullness of her abdomen and trunk.
•
This patient underwent an extended tummy tuck, which improves the contour of the lower back, buttock, flanks, and front of the abdomen. Also during this procedure the abdominal muscles are tightened and the belly button is rejuvenated. To compliment the skin removal of the tummy tuck, liposuction of the lower back, flanks, abdomen, and p***c area was also performed to enhance her hourglass ⌛️ contour and accentuate her existing anatomy. She looks amazing!

This rhinoplasty focused on creating cleaner lines, better balance, and a more refined nasal contour while keeping the result elegant and natural. Subtle structural changes can make a dramatic difference in overall facial harmony.

These photos are now over 1 year postoperative, which is an important reminder that rhinoplasty results continue to evolve long after the initial recovery period. Swelling gradually improves over many months, and refinement of the bridge and tip can continue for a year or more as the tissues settle and heal. Patience during the healing process is worth it. ✨

This patient had significant deviation of her septum that was affecting her nasal breathing. She also wanted to make some subtle refinements to the bridge and tip of her nose.
•
I performed an open rhinoplasty in which I straightened her septum, narrowed the bridge, reduced the dorsal convexity, refined and lifted the tip, and narrowed the nasal base.
