Hi👋🏼, my name is Stacy, and I am the Practice Manager for Southlake Premier Health.

I have worked in the medical industry since 1991. I began my career as a receptionist, later moved into insurance and billing, then advanced into administrative leadership roles, ultimately serving as Office Manager for Dr. Jonathan Richard for 27 years.

Following Dr. Richard’s retirement, I accepted the role of Practice Manager with Southlake Premier Health, where I am excited to bring my years of experience, leadership, and dedication to patient care to our team and community.

Building long-lasting relationships with patients has always been one of the most rewarding parts of my career, and I look forward to continuing to serve patients and families with compassionate, personalized care. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your healthcare journey!

PSA: Google is showing our office to be “Permanently Closed” which is incorrect. WE ARE OPEN!!
We recently shut down our website, which we assume is what prompted this incorrect information by Google. We are working to get that corrected.

Due to weather conditions and a pipe leak in a neighboring suite, causing a flood in part of our office, the office will be closed the rest of the week. We hope to resume normal office hours on Monday.

If you are in need of medical care/ medical advise/ prescription refills, etc, Please call the office to hear the voicemail for specific phone numbers and instructions.
