Benjamin is back!! Everyone has been asking about our beloved weighted stuffed dinosaur, Benjamin, after he lost a leg last week. But he's back from surgery and proving to us all that we are still lovable even after something really hard happens.

He's also joined by a new weighted bunny friend. And yes, my hands are covered in super glue and green fur. I don't know how to sew. 😬

Come give him a cuddle! Linus missed his friend.

Aww is there an age you wish you could go back and hug? Mine is for sure middle school. What a complicated time to put it mildly. 🫠

If you’re a parent, do you ever look back at photos of yourself at your child’s current age? I’m guessing I’m about 5 here 😊

I love working with this age—creative, expressive, and feeling everything out loud. But also, being 5 is hard. You want to be big, but you still need so much help.

If you have a child in this stage and have questions about big feelings or emotional expression, I’m always happy to help. Try to find a picture of yourself at 5- what did you need at this age?
