I, (the social media gremlin), have personally hated tea. I tried drinking it when I was pregnant with my oldest and after one cup I swore I would never try it again. The texture of the hot water just did NOT feel right!

Well now I am a bit older, wiser, and needing to slow down on my coffee consumption (because coffee is not a meal!🥲). Apparently my body decided that mint tea was pretty good, and I didn't realize it also had a lot of cool health benefits!
