Your first contrast therapy session doesn’t require you to be “good” at cold plunging. 🙌🏽

You don’t need to stay in for a certain amount of time. You don’t need to prove anything. And you definitely don’t need to pretend the cold water isn’t… well, COLD. 😂

You just have to show up.

We’ll walk you through the rest — warm up, cool down, breathe, repeat, and figure out what feels good for you.

We are excited to have Kapri walk you through a hypno breathwork experience at Stone + Soul.

Her class will be held every Tuesday from 8:30pm to 10pm.

Kapri is an initiative healer working at the edges of breath, trance & memory. Through breathwork, hypnotherapy & soul purpose readings, she helps her clients return to who they were before the world told them who to be. She believes healing is less about fixing and more about remembering - because once you remember your souls purpose here on earth, that’s when true freedom, peace & love enters your life.
