Allergy and Asthma Associates are specialists in allergy and asthma and related conditions. We are highly trained and have many years of practical experience treating tens of thousands of patients. There are many different kinds of tests we can perform if necessary. Testing can be performed on people of all ages. Some of these tests require advance preparation and would need to be scheduled on a s

In addition, we have state-of-the-art pulmonary function testing. This test measures how much air you can blow out of your lungs and how fast the air flows out. We can perform this test before and after bronchodilators (asthma inhalers) to measure improvement. We also perform this test with exercise to assess exercise induced asthma. In addition our office provides the pollen count report for all of Northern Nevada. It is availible both by calling our office at 775-359-5010 ext 35 and online at http://allergyasthmareno.com/index.php/pollen-report

🌲 This Week's Pollen Count Report 🌲

Tree pollen has climbed back into the high range this week, making up 85% of the total pollen count. The primary contributor continues to be pine pollen, followed by other tree pollens including mulberry, locust, willow, juniper/cedar, and birch, which account for an additional 10% of the count.

The good news? Grass pollen levels remain low, representing just 3% of the total count, and w**d pollen is also low, with only 1% coming from English plantain pollen.

If you're experiencing allergy symptoms, be sure to take appropriate precautions and stay informed about current pollen levels.

🌲 This Week's Pollen Count Report 🌲

The majority of this week's pollen count continues to be tree pollen, making up 90% of the total count and remaining in the high range. Pine pollen accounts for 77% of the count, while a combination of other trees—including locust, willow, mulberry, juniper/cedar, Russian olive, and birch—contributes an additional 13%.

🌱 Area grasses are currently in the moderate range, accounting for 7% of the total pollen count.

🌿 And with June's arrival, area w**ds have decided to begin pollinating as well. Pigw**d and English plantain pollen make up 3% of this week's count. This is a little earlier than expected, but here they are all the same!
