🐾 Thinking About Adopting? Here’s What You Need to Know! 🐾

✅ Adoption fees are just $50

✅ All pets receive age-appropriate vaccines while in our care. As a new pet owner, you’ll be responsible for continuing regular veterinary care to help keep your new companion healthy and happy.

✅ If your new pet has not yet been spayed or neutered at the time of adoption, we strongly encourage you to schedule that appointment. Altering is not included in the adoption fee.

Want to meet our adoptable pets? Just stop by during regular business hours:

📅 Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
📅 Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

We recommend arriving well before closing so you have plenty of time to meet your potential new best friend and complete the adoption paperwork.

💳 We accept cash, check, and cards.

📝 The adoption form is completed at the office and only requires basic information.

🏠 Best of all? Pets go home the same day! Don’t forget to bring a leash and collar for dogs or a carrier for cats.

Vice is a 4-year-old German Shepherd mix with a beautiful thick white coat and a laid-back personality.

Having spent most of his life as an outdoor dog, Vice is ready for a fresh start and is hoping to find a family willing to show him the comforts of indoor living. He’ll need some patience as he adjusts, especially with house training, but he’s already learning to walk on a leash and is eager to please.

Vice is not a fan of cats or livestock, but he seems interested in other dogs and may do well with proper introductions.

Kylie is a 5-month-old Pit Bull mix with a fun-loving personality and a whole lot of love to give. She is playful, energetic, affectionate, and always ready for her next adventure. She is already picking up on basic commands and is making great progress with house training. She’s smart, eager to learn, and ready to continue growing with a family of her own.

Twin Oaks Veterinary Hospital will be CLOSED on Monday, May 25th, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen with normal hours Tuesday, May 26th.

Please make sure your pets have any medications, food, and supplies they may need before the holiday weekend.

We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful Memorial Day! ❤️🐾

David started helping us at Twin Oaks when he was in high school with the ultimate goal of becoming a veterinarian one day, and today, he did just that!!

Not only are we so proud of him but we are excited to announce that he will be joining us as our newest veterinarian starting Monday!
