💜 September is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month 💜

At Maple Creek Hospice, we know that Alzheimer’s disease affects far more than memory. It can change communication, independence, routines, and relationships — touching the entire family along the journey.

This month, we honor the individuals living with Alzheimer’s and the families, caregivers, and loved ones who walk beside them. We recognize the strength it takes to provide care, the importance of patience and compassion, and the value of making every moment meaningful. 💜

Hospice care can provide comfort, dignity, and support when a loved one with Alzheimer’s or another advanced dementia is nearing the end of life. Our team is here to support both the patient and the family, helping make this journey a little less overwhelming.
