132 bed rehabilitation and long term care facility conveniently located in Spartanburg's North Grove Medical Park.

White Oak at North Grove is the newest rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility operated by White Oak Management. This new 132 bed facility is conveniently located at North Grove Medical Park near Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. White Oak at North Grove provides short term rehabilitation in our designated therapy wing, long term nursing care, and a contained memory care unit. Nursing care

is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak at North Grove is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Last month we were able to celebrate work anniversaries for our two of our partners. Debra Watson celebrated 40 years with White Oak as a CNA and Cathy Peak celebrated 20 years with White Oak as a CNA! Thank you ladies for your hard work and dedication for so many years! We are thankful you are a part of our White Oak family!
