Homework time doesn't have to be a struggle! Here are a few simple ways to help set your child up for success:

🖥️ Set Up a Dedicated Workspace – Keep it clutter-free, limit distractions like TV, and create a system to track assignments. A planner and consistent routine go a long way!

📚Appropriate Seating Matters – Make sure feet are planted on the ground (use a foot rest if needed!), back is supported, and follow the 90-90-90 rule for good posture.

⏰ Follow the 20 Rule – Take a stretch break from sitting, homework, or screens every 20 minutes! Short breaks reduce fatigue, support attention, and help keep frustration levels in check.

Small changes can make a big difference in how your child focuses and feels during homework time!
