Yesterday, we delivered HIV and STI risk reduction supplies to the student pantry at Spartanburg Community College, where students can also access food, hygiene products, and other essentials.

We want to give a special thank you to Pantry and Outreach Coordinator Lerkeshia Littlejohn for her dedication to supporting students' health and well-being!!

July 28 is World Hepatitis Day

The CDC estimates that for every 100 people with HIV, approximately 21 of them also have Hepatitis C (HCV). (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2021)

The only way to know if you have HCV and/or HIV is to get tested. HCV is now a curable disease and HIV can be treated with medication.

August 20 is Southern HIV AIDS Awareness Day. Established by the Southern AIDS Coalition, was created to amplify awareness of the disproportionate impact of HIV on the Southern United States. This day is an opportunity to get tested and encourage others to do the same!
