Some days in healthcare are busy. Some are challenging. And some remind us exactly why we chose this work.

It's the patient who says, "Thank you for listening."
The child who leaves smiling after being nervous about their appointment.
The family who trusts us with their care time after time.

Moments like these are what keep us going.

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives and your healthcare journey. We don't take that privilege for granted.

🕷️ Tick season is here! 🌿

If you're spending time hiking, camping, fishing, or enjoying the great outdoors, don't forget to check for hitchhikers when you get home.

A few simple tips:
✔️ Use insect repellent
✔️ Wear long sleeves and pants when possible
✔️ Stick to cleared trails
✔️ Do a thorough tick check after being outside

Found a tick? Don't panic—we can help with that, too! 😉

Stay safe and enjoy the outdoors this summer! ☀️

Quick poll:

🤔 I'm due for one
😬 It's been a few years
😂 What's a checkup?

Whatever your answer, this is a great month to make your health a priority. Preventive care isn't just for when something is wrong—it's how you stay healthy for the people who count on you.

As temperatures start to rise, don’t forget how important hydration is!

With warmer days ahead and kids staying busy with sports, camps, and outdoor activities, dehydration can happen quicker than many people realize.

Watch for signs like:
⚡ Fatigue
😵 Headaches or dizziness
🥵 Muscle cramps
👄 Dry mouth
💤 Low energy

Encourage plenty of water breaks during practices, games, and time spent outside in the heat. Staying hydrated helps keep everyone healthy, active, and feeling their best all summer long!
