We are so excited to introduce Jennifer Adams-Delph to our team!
Hi! I’m Jennifer Adams-Delph, and it’s so nice to meet you! I’m a homeschooling mom to two amazing kiddos and one fluffy baby 🐾. When I’m not in the kitchen cooking or baking, you’ll usually find me creating herbal tinctures, salves, and natural face & body products.
I’ve been a Reiki Master Practitioner since 2018, and my journey began when I wanted to help my son—but it ended up transforming my own life in ways I never expected. Experiencing the power of Reiki inspired me to share this beautiful, healing practice with others.
✨ What is Reiki?
Reiki translates to “universal life force energy.” It’s a gentle Japanese energy healing technique where I channel energy to help promote balance, relaxation, and overall wellness. Sessions can help reduce stress, ease pain, improve sleep, and clear energy blockages.
Reiki is:
• Gentle & non-invasive
• Deeply relaxing
• A perfect complement to other treatments
During your session, I place my hands on or just above the body, allowing the energy to flow where it’s needed most.
