Dr. Mary Vadas opened the practice in December, 1998 which started in a small space along the canal in the village of Spencerport. ummer of 2016 Dr. Ashley Verdon joined the practice full time as a full-scope optometrist. AT TCE our patients receive routine eye exams, testing and treatment for eye disease and other medical complications, medical emergency care, as well as contact lens fittings and a large designer frame selection to choose from.
