As a licensed massage therapist, I want to be very clear about something.

Massage therapy should always be a safe, professional, and respectful experience. There is absolutely no place in this profession for sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, or anyone who uses massage as an opportunity to prey on vulnerable people.

I have a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior—whether it comes from a client or a therapist. Every person deserves to feel safe, respected, and comfortable during their session.

If you are looking for a massage therapist, please do your research. Verify that they are properly licensed, follow professional and ethical standards, and have a reputation built on integrity and respect.

If you have ever experienced inappropriate behavior during a massage, know that it is not part of legitimate massage therapy, and you deserve to be heard. Please report it to the appropriate authorities and licensing agencies.

I am proud to be part of a profession dedicated to healing, and I will always do everything I can to help protect the trust that clients place in us.
