My goal as a Therapist is to get you moving better in your body. My passion is bringing women out of the constant fight or flight mode their bodies are in. Somatic massage puts your mind in a Theta state, allowing deep relaxation and healing of the nervous system.

Muscles LOVE heat, joints LOVE ice. There are exceptions, but anytime you have inflammation you should use ice. As a Massage Therapist, adding heat to your session allows the muscle tissue to further release. The result is a longer lasting outcome from the Massage!
