Peptides are the 'bottom' of the three !
There are differing types of cell intelligence/messengers in humans. They are Peptides; Stem Cells; & Redox Cell Signaling Messengers:

Peptides are like differing shapes of wooden blocks, they only fit in the same shape/size hole. GLP1s are peptides with a single shape, thus, in humans these peptides only target appetite suppression (hole), which does not promote other health and could be harmful if the consumption leads to malnutrition.
In the middle of the three, of this hierarchy comparison are 'actual' stem cells. Stem Cells are unidentified cells that can/could change. The stem cell when inserted into a specific location of the body then 'could' learn from the neighboring cells what to become. Thus, a Stem Cell inserted into a liver may then become a liver cell and does not become a heart, brain, skin, or lung cell. This is not to be confused with products that claim to only enhance (not contain) stem cell production (I do not believe that there is not any independent scientific evidence supporting these products work, so it is very suspicious to me there is a benefit). One caveat for a stem cell to become an identified cell is for the signaling process of neighboring cells must take place. Therefore, if there is not a good signal, the unidentified cell is not functioning.
Redox Cell Signaling Messengers are the top of this hierarchy comparison. They are broad-based as compared to the limitations of the peptides and stem cells. They send signals through the body's pathways, support a diverse spectrum of identifying cell problems, leading to cellular repair or apoptosis (destruction of the problem cell). And with the Redox Cell Signaling Messengers they create a cascading affect to additional cells. That being said Redox Cell Signaling Messengers may also have a stacking affect if used in tandem with Peptides or actual Stem Cells.
