School’s back and so are the backpacks! 🎒
The left side is the goal: both straps on, weight centered, spine staying tall.
The right side is the one that sneaks up on a lot of kids — one strap, extra lean, and that “ouch” feeling by the end of the day.
A few quick reminders for parents: • Use both straps every time
• Keep the pack high and snug (not hanging at the hips)
• Aim for no more than 10–15% of your child’s body weight
• Pack the heaviest books closest to their back
If your kid is already complaining of neck, shoulder, or back pain from their school bag, we can take a look and help get them comfortable again.
