Mornings don’t have to start with decision fatigue.
Emily used to rush out the door with a cheese stick and granola bar, only to feel exhausted a couple of hours later and reach for whatever snack was easiest to find.
We didn’t overhaul everything overnight. We gradually built a breakfast she could repeat: eggs, cottage cheese, fruit, and consistency.
Today, breakfast isn’t another decision. It’s a habit. Her body expects it, her energy is more stable, and she no longer starts the day trying to solve a problem before she’s even fully awake.
What does your morning routine look like?
