Buprenorphine saves lives! The long acting injections are an incredible treatment option for so many people. We offer Brixadi or Sublocade for people struggling with opioid use disorder. We are excited to partner with Multicare for their new ER pilot and have seen great success in the our clinic for the last few years with these shots!!!

SPOKANE, Wash. — Health care workers in the Deaconess emergency department now have a new way to treat patients with opioid withdrawal symptoms: long-acting injectable buprenorphine.

People across Washington now have an easier way to get help for opioid use disorder. We are partnering with the University of Washington to expand the Washington Telebuprenorphine (Telebupe) Hotline statewide. Washington residents can now access same-day medical treatment via phone or video no matter where they live in the state by calling 206-289-0287.

A 2019 study found that naloxone remains chemically stable even after exposure to extreme temperatures and repeated freeze–thaw cycles for up to 28 days. That means your kit in the car, backpack, or winter coat pocket can still save a life when it’s needed most.

Still, always replace it when possible to ensure top effectiveness.

This winter season, consider donating your old, lightly-used clothing items to those in need!

This can include old blankets, jackets, pants, boots, socks, gloves and more- every single item helps a person or family in need. Men's pants and shoes/boots are always especially needed and go fast.

Please drop off all donations at Peer Spokane (425 W 1st Ave.) by January 21, 2025. They are open daily from 9am to 5pm.

Welcome to Bloom Psychiatry! We offer treatment for mental health disorders including; depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders and psychosis. We provide treatment and support for substance use disorders including; opioids, alcohol, simulants, and other substances.
