Our Independent Living wait list is active, and homes at Fairwood are offered to those already on the list as they become available.

Joining the wait list does not mean you have to move immediately. It gives you the opportunity to learn about Fairwood, decide what type of home is right for you, and be in a much better position when the right apartment, Meadow Home, or Hillside Home becomes available.

Fairwood Independent Living is designed for adults 55+ who want to remain independent while enjoying the convenience, security, friendships and amenities of a true retirement community.
