❤️ Update 8/4/2026 ❤️
Over the past few days, we have experienced challenges that none of us expected, but through it all, one thing has remained constant—our incredible residents, staff, families, and community continue to show remarkable strength, kindness, and resilience.
We are happy to share that all of our residents remain safe and are receiving excellent care at their temporary care facilities. Their comfort, health, and well-being remain our highest priority, and we are so grateful to everyone who has helped make this transition as smooth as possible.
Our building has remained intact, but we are still under a Level 3 evacuation, which means we are not yet able to return to the facility. While we don't know when that clearance will come, please know we are ready to return as soon as it is safe to do so. We will continue to keep everyone informed every step of the way.
We also want to take a moment to recognize our amazing staff. Their dedication, compassion, and willingness to step up during this difficult time have been nothing short of extraordinary. They have worked tirelessly to ensure our residents feel safe, cared for, and loved, and we couldn't be more proud of the team we have.
We know many of you are eager for updates, and we want you to know that keeping you informed is important to us. Please check our page each day around noon for the latest information regarding our return to the facility and what you can expect moving forward.
If you are a family member and would like an update on your loved one, please call our information line at 509-310-3796.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your patience, your prayers, your encouraging messages, and your support. They have meant more to us than words can express.
In the meantime, we wanted to share a few photos from the whirlwind of the past several days. Even in the midst of uncertainty, our residents and staff continue to find moments of joy, laughter, and smiles—and that is a beautiful reminder that hope shines brightest when we face challenges together.
