“Adding Immune System Stimulator Drops to my daily supplement routine when my kids are bringing home nasty germs and sickness has been a game changer this season.”

Immune System Stimulator is designed to help support the body’s innate immune response, essentially helping kick-start your system so it can begin fighting off a cold early.

We’ve loved incorporating this into the routines of our patients and staff to help them stay strong, keep up with daily activities, and avoid getting bogged down by seasonal illness.

You can grab one for yourself today.

At Innovative Wellness Solutions, many patients choose to add a weekly Bio Cleanse as part of their overall wellness routine because it promotes relaxation and supports the body’s natural regulatory processes.

Our Bio Cleanse is a detox foot bath system designed to rebalance the body’s bioenergy, allowing for natural detoxification through the skin. It involves placing your feet in warm water with an ion array to support the body’s natural detox processes and help reduce exposure to toxins, pollutants, and pathogens.

The Bio Cleanse may offer benefits such as:
Supporting the removal of heavy metals
Boosting the immune system
Helping clear skin
Improving sleep
Supporting healthy blood and lymphatic function

All of which can help you stay resilient during these colder, gloomier months. Sessions are relaxing and efficient, most people can fit in 25 minutes of rest and relaxation to support their health and elevate the quality of their week.

Give us a call to schedule your next Bio Cleanse at (509) 327-1994.

Did you know regular adjustments can help support you through cold and flu season? Here's how.

1. Nervous System Support
The spine protects the nervous system, which coordinates your body’s response to stress, including immune challenges. Adjustments help support clear communication within the body.

2. Stress Regulation
Chronic stress can impact immune function. Chiropractic care may help reduce tension and support better balance between “fight or flight” and “rest and digest.”

3. Improved Sleep
Quality sleep plays a major role in overall wellness. Many patients report better sleep with consistent care.

4. Better Mobility & Circulation
When the body moves well, breathing mechanics, circulation, and overall function improve. All of which are important during colder months.

5. Proactive Health Approach
Cold & flu season is a reminder that health isn’t just about reacting when we’re sick, it’s about supporting the body year-round.

If you have questions about how chiropractic fits into your wellness routine, we’re happy to talk.
