Education is a big part of the care we provide in our office.

Having a clear understanding of your body helps you feel more confident, more informed, and more in control of your health decisions.

That’s why we use visual learning tools during visits—including anatomical models—to help explain how things work, what we’re looking for during exams, and what your results actually mean.

When you can see and understand what’s happening, conversations become easier and care becomes more collaborative.

At Inland OBGYN, we believe education is just as important as treatment.

Feeling heard and cared for makes all the difference in healthcare. 💙

“She was great, listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and wonderful ‘bedside’ manner.”

We’re so grateful for feedback like this and proud to provide care where patients feel listened to, respected, and supported at every visit.

Did you know? A Pap smear can detect abnormal cell changes in the cervix before they turn into cancer.

That means this simple screening plays a powerful role in prevention—helping identify early changes so they can be monitored or treated long before they become something more serious.

Pap smears are quick, routine, and one of the most effective tools we have for protecting long-term cervical health.

At Inland OBGYN, we’re here to make screenings feel comfortable, clear, and supportive every step of the way.

If you’re due for your Pap smear, we’re here to help you stay on top of your health.

Blood pressure is an important part of every pregnancy—and something we monitor closely at each visit.

Changes in blood pressure are common, but in some cases, conditions like gestational hypertension or preeclampsia can develop and need closer attention.

The good news is that routine prenatal care helps us catch concerns early and keep both mom and baby safe.

At Inland OBGYN, we’re here to monitor, support, and guide you through every stage of pregnancy.

Preventive care is one of the most important parts of staying healthy—and your OBGYN plays a key role in that care. 💙

Routine testing and screenings help detect changes early, often before symptoms appear, so you can take action sooner and feel more confident about your health.

Common screenings and tests may include:

🩺 Pap smears & HPV testing – helps screen for cervical changes and cervical cancer risk
🩺 Pelvic exams – evaluate reproductive organ health
🩺 STI testing – supports sexual health and early treatment when needed
🩺 Breast exams & imaging referrals – depending on age and risk factors
🩺 Hormone and cycle evaluations – when symptoms suggest imbalance or irregularities

These visits are also a space to talk through changes in your cycle, pain, contraception, menopause symptoms, or anything else impacting your wellbeing.

At Inland OBGYN, we believe preventive care should feel comfortable, informative, and supportive—not rushed or intimidating.

If it’s been a while since your last check-up, now is a great time to prioritize your health. 💙

Endometriosis and PCOS are two of the most common—but often misunderstood—conditions affecting women’s reproductive health.

Both can show up in very different ways, and symptoms are not always obvious or the same for everyone.

Endometriosis
Can cause painful periods, pelvic pain, heavy bleeding, pain with in*******se, and sometimes fertility challenges.

PCOS (Polycystic O***y Syndrome)
May involve irregular periods, hormonal acne, excess hair growth, weight changes, and ovulation challenges.

For many women, it takes time to get answers—and being heard is an important first step. These conditions are real, and your symptoms deserve attention, evaluation, and support.

At Inland OBGYN, we’re here to listen, evaluate, and work with you to create a care plan that fits your needs and goals.

If something doesn’t feel right, trust that instinct. You don’t have to figure it out alone. 💙
