Your nervous system, too.

So many of us spend our days rushing, multitasking, sitting for hours, carrying stress in our shoulders, clenching our jaws, and living in a constant state of “go.”

Most people think stretching starts when I move your body.

It actually starts here.
A few minutes of gentle nervous system prep can make all the difference.

Before we get into deeper movement, I use rhythmic percussion on the back and neck to help melt away tension and bring awareness back into the body. Then we add gentle hip traction and quad stretching to create space, reduce guarding, and help your body feel safe enough to let go.

Because when your nervous system is stressed, tired, or running on overdrive, it doesn’t want to stretch—it wants to protect.

My goal isn’t to force flexibility.

The goal is to help your body relax, move, and remember that movement can feel good.

Lazy girl breakfast ➡️ loaded with protein , some fat , fiber and yum.

I love protein powder.

Use milk of choice or coconut water. I like berries, banana, chia and yogurt 😋.

This is a very easy and fast way to nourish your sweet bod ,

Do it for 70-year-old you.

The version of you still walking the lake trail.
Still getting up off the floor without struggle.
Still traveling, gardening, dancing in the kitchen, picking up grandbabies, carrying groceries, living life.
