I'm reading a new book on cash based physical therapy and I loved this paragraph in the introduction.

"My son trains Jiu Jistu, and he is a white belt. He practices, learns submissions, grapples, and has some fun. He has a goal of getting a black belt one day. In Jiu Jitsu, this could take ten to twelve years. I don't think many people would stick around if one day, ten years from the time they started, they just got handed a black belt. There's a stripe and belt system that keeps people motivated along the way."

Jiu Jitsu is the best analogy for hard work and dedication.
